About the event

Do you want a better understanding of your horse? Do you want to up your game as a horseman/woman? Do you have a horse that needs ground manners or a deeper connection?

Then this is the perfect clinic for you.

This is also the prerequisite for my Intro to Liberty clinic so if you are wanting to do an Intro to Liberty clinic, then you will need to sign up for this.

Leading for connection clinics are designed to help the handler understand and read their horse better and deeper. The idea of more connection means that we as the handler must have more awareness of our horses. And we only get more awareness through watching and observing our horses while we work with them.

We will be using connection, biomechanics and traditional methods to work with our horses on creating a deeper connection. We will work on teaching our horses to stand quietly, relaxed and be present, learn to move body parts, lead quietly and calmly and have more self-regulation.

We will do this by communicating to our horses that we will be fair, soft and present in our interactions with them. You will learn and improve upon your feel and timing during this clinic.

This is a great clinic to bring your young horses or problem horse too.

Cost is $250. Up to ten participants maximum. Stabling is $25 a night

Equipment needed is a flag, lunge whip and dressage whip. Please bring both a nylon and rope halter. Leads shld be 10-14ft.
